Q - Delivery fee?
A - Free.

Q - Free? What about deliveries to rural address and PO Box?
A - Still free, always.

Q - Delivery time?
A - We usually dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery time is usually overnight, but may take up to 3 working days.

Q - Where can you ship products to?
A - We can only supply and deliver products to New Zealand customers.

Q - Prices look sharp, but are they due to expire soon?
A - No way. We do not sell obsolete stock. You are more than welcome to email us so we can give you the exact expire date.

Q - Your website doesn't look fancy at all, can we trust you?
A - This entire website including design work were built by us in-house. We didn't want to throw a lot of money into web design. We have completed over 8,000 trades on Trade Me with 100% feedback. We know a thing (or two) about selling online so you can rest assured that your order will be taken care of.
